■ CLITHEROE avoided the scare of another home defeat as Kurt Willoughby snatched a point in a lively spectacle against Mossley.
In a first half that could have gone either way, both sides created chances and set up an intriguing second half.
The visitors started brighter, piling pressure on, but the Clitheroe defence held firm.
Mossley found themselves under pressure when Alex Newby almost put the side in front but the effort was saved.
