GRAYS Athletic made it three wins in succession by easing past Tilbury on a day when the visitors appointed Joe Keith as manager.
Tilbury actually went ahead when Ryan Melaugh scored within 15 minutes.
But the hosts responded before the break when Adeyinka Cole levelled to continue his regular scoring run.
Kieran Bishop made it 2-1 early in the second half, and a win and a move into 12th place in the table was sealed when Ryan Mahal netted on 56 minutes.
