LINCOLN’S miserable run of four defeats continued at Ashby Avenue when visiting Leek Town went goal-happy.
The game was played in gale-force conditions throughout, making it difficult to control the ball in the swirling wind.
Rob Stevenson opened the scoring for Leek in the eighth minute, whilst defender Jamie Curley netted a double midway through the half.
Leek finished the half strongly with skipper Scott Lycett heading home.
