A GOAL in each half wrapped up the points for Trafford as their push for the play-off places continued.
On 23 minutes Aaron Burns hit home from 20 yards out for his side’s first of the game with his freekick being deflected off the wall and beating home keeper Chris Butt.
The hosts did have some chances in the first half but were kept at bay by visiting goalkeeper Grant Shelton.
The second half was only six minutes old when Stephen Mason headed home from a corner for the visitors’ second, the ball just scraping inside the post.
