DANIEL Gordon’s free-kick was the difference as Carlton Town picked up three points in south Lincolnshire.
He fired into the bottom corner of the Tulips net 10 minutes into the second half to double the Millers’ advantage.
That came after Jake Carlisle had headed home Gordon’s corner to break the deadlock on 32 minutes. Spalding pulled one back with a low finish from Ben Davison on his debut.
