■NORTHWOOD were made to rue missed chances as they squandered a lead to draw with Barton Town. After a poor first half, the second half opened with a bang when, in the 46th minute, Rovers left-back Kyle Lincoln was deemed to have upended Northwood striker Jermaine Osel dispossessed the defender. Rovers fought their way back into this game and, deservedly, salvaged a draw with five minutes of normal time remaining when a Northwood handball in their penalty area was spotted by the referee and another penalty kick awarded.
