DUNCANCulley scored twice as Hayes & Yeading came from behind at Barton Rovers.
The hosts were the first to have chances in front of goal, Hugh Alban-Jones and Dan Jarvis both shooting wide within the opening minutes.
They went ahead in the 35th minute, Drew Phillips meeting a Charlie Payne cross from the left to fire Rovers ahead.
Hayes started the second half on fire and forced a series of corners and it was from one of those in the 49th minute that Culley equalised.
