RAMSGATE 2 HERNE BAY 1

RAMSGATE grabbed three points with an unexpected late rally after Herne Bay appeared to have done enough to draw.
Herne Bay controlled proceedings in the first half, and the deadlock was finally broken on 73 minutes as a mazy run by Nassim Dukali opened up the home defence before he smashed the ball in.
Herne Bay continued to dominate but Rory Smith managed to equalise after a scramble in the goalmouth. Two minutes later super sub Billy Lewins gave Rams an unlikely win with a brilliant curling effort .
