■LEWIS MANOR scored a double as Bowers & Pitsea routed Barking. The hosts took the lead in the fifth minute as Manor pounced on a rebound after Ollie Bowles had saved David Knight’s strike.
Bowers killed the game off with a goal either side of half-time. First, John Easterford rose the highest to head home, before Jamie Dicks then turned goalscorer as he fired home from the edge of the area.
Manor then scored his second of the game, firing home after Martyn Stokes flick-on to complete the scoring.
