Christian Assombalonga got the ball rolling when he found the net on eight minutes.
And the visitors landed a decisive double blow midway through the second period, when Rimmel Daniel and Mitch Hann, the latter within 60 seconds of coming on as a substitute, scored within three minutes of each other.
Shad Ngandu rubbed salt into Grays wounds with six minutes left on the clock as he converted a penalty to make it four.
