■THAMESMEAD ended 2017 with a comfortable home win over Molesey.
Goals either side of halftime from Bode Anidugbe and Richard Avery, with a late third from Paul Vines, saw the Mead finish the year well placed in the table.
They could have been behind had Josh Andrew not missed the chance of the first half for Molesey.
Anidugbe then brilliantly drilled home through the crowd to give Thamesmead the half-time lead, which was doubled just after the break when Avery headed home from a corner.
