SEAN Downing headed a 92nd-minute winner to edge an entertaining contest in Bideford’s favour.
Cleeve keeper Sam Gilder denied Craig Duff while Ben Seymour and Ben Carter shot narrowly wide.
In a frenetic start, Paul Ireland conceded a penalty for a foul on Seymour, who took the spot-kick himself but was denied by Gilder
Gilder remained the busier of the two keepers before the break but Cleeve improved in the second half and went close when Jack Watts struck the woodwork.
