Enfield led on three minutes when Ryan Blackman played in Liam Hope who converted from close range.
Alex Addai and Charlie Penny tested Towners keeper Joe Wright and Enfield debutant Mat Mitchel King made a vital block before the hosts increased their lead, seven minutes before half-time.
Aaron Greene was manhandled in the box by Tom Collins and Ryan Blackman converted the spot-kick.
The second half belonged to Merstham. And they scored on 51 minutes, when a half-cleared corner...
