EASTWOOD TOWN’S 2009 Northern Premier League championship team will reunite this afternoon to support the wife of former Badgers’ striker Marc Smith.
A charity match is being held to raise money for Sheffield’s Weston Park Hospital, who are treating Smith’s wife Shelley after she was diagnosed with incurable cervical cancer.
Smith, who had two spells with the club, will be joined by former team-mates Chris Shaw, Peter Knox, Andy Todd and Lindon Meikle among others to take on Clifton All Stars.
