DORKING delivered the goods when it mattered most against Brightlingsea as they claimed all three points in a tight and tense away-day battle.
Brightlingsea Regent took the lead on the half hour mark when a neat chip from Aaron Condon struck the bar from 25 yards and Billy Hunt followed in to head home his 17th goal of the season.
The second half saw Dorking draw level after 64 minutes when Lewis Putman headed home a near post corner.
And it was no more than they deserved at that stage of the game.
