SAM Denly has been appointed as Hythe Town’s new manager.
The 33-year-old replaces Clive Cook, whose two-and-a-halfyear reign was ended by the club’s hierarchy last night with the Cannons ten points adrift of the Bostik South play-offs.
Cook will now join the club’s board with Denly, most recently Herne Bay’s manager for almost four years, working alongside Gavin Theze and Steve Nolan.
