SCARBOROUGH kept up the heat on league-leaders South Shields with a comprehensive 3-0 victory at home to top-six outfit Prescot Cables.
More than 1,300 people packed into the Flamingo Land Stadium to watch the home side dominate the early stages before James Walshaw opened the scoring on 26 minutes, with Max Wright claiming the assist.
Wright then repeated the trick ten minutes later with an excellent through ball for Michael Coulson to coolly slot home.
Baba Conte hit the posts for the visitors with a towering header...
