BENSON’S THE BOY!

EVO-STIK South East side Bedford Town have made a highly experienced loan addition in striker Paul Benson from the National League’s Boreham Wood.
The 38-year-old signed for Dagenham & Redbridge in 2005 after scoring 96 goals in 59 games for White Ensign.
He spent five years at the Daggers netting 70 times in 175 games until he signed for Charlton Athletic and then Swindon Town.
Benson signed for Luton Town in 2014 following a successful season-long loan spell at the club when they won the National League title.
