REECE Beckles-Richards scored a first-half brace as Wingate & Finchley beat playoff rivals Leatherhead.
Wingate went ahead with the first real chance of the game as Beckles-Richards fired the ball into the corner.
The Tanners should have levelled when Sean Clohessy’s corner was diverted goalwards by Reece Williams-Bowers, but Blues keeper Shane Gore smothered the ball.
Wingate doubled their advantage when Marc Charles- Smith was taken down in the area. Nathan Mavila stepped up and sent the keeper the wrong way.
