BURGESS Hill rescued a point with an 88th-minute goal in this bottom-of-the-table clash.
The hosts went ahead on 12 minutes when Christian Scales’ free-kick to the back post was diverted back across goal by Robbie Martin. Hawks top scorer Alex Read volleyed in from close range for his 15th goal of the season.
Aaron Smith-Joseph should have done better for the visitors when he shot wide after a good build-up, before Burgess Hill stopper Tony di Bernardo recovered from spilling the ball to save well from Sam Clarke. The second half continu...
