■A LATE deflected goal robbed Dereham of a victory.
They had taken the lead on six minutes, Rhys Logan turning inside and fired home from 20 yards. Aveley equalised on the half-hour with their first real attack of note, Alex Stephenson heading home Lewis Gard’s cross.
In the second half Dereham restored their lead when Sam Borrer rose to head past the keeper from Danny Beaumont’s free-kick, but in the seventh minute of injury time Aveley substitute Myles Keizer-Burrows saw his deflected drive loop home for the leveller.
