CONNOR Keane was the hero as he saved a penalty and Radcliffe’s blushes against South Shields.
Aksel Juul hit the post for the hosts after 15 seconds, with Carl Finnigan’s follow-up well blocked as South Shields dominated with a succession of chances, but their finishing let them down.
