AN ENTERTAININGgame came to a close with honours even as visitors Skem dug deep.
After a defence-dominated opening half-hour, Trafford took the lead when Sean Miller crossed for a simple tap-in by Aaron Burns.
Just before half time Jordan Darr levelled with a neat back-post volley before Ally Brown restored Trafford’s lead in the 49th minute with a brave header.
Darr twice went close to an equaliser which finally arrived in the 58th minute when Phil Mooney fired home from close range following a right wing corner.
