CABLES ran out 3-1 victors over Droylsden for the second consecutive Saturday.
The hosts took the lead after just four minutes when Baba Conte met Jordan Wynne’s free-kick to loop a header over Droylsden keeper Ritchie Branagan.
And the game was as good as finished on the stroke of half-time when Branagan raced out of his box but missed the ball, allowing Chris Almond to calmly stroke home the second.
