■HAYES & Yeading United’s pursuit of AFC Rushden & Diamonds continues thanks to a demolition job.
The leader leaders remain in pole position for the title, two points ahead and with three games in hand but Hayes & Yeading kept up their end of the bargain.
It started on 20 minutes as Immanuelson Duku kept his composure from the penalty spot. That was the way the scores remained until halftime.
But the hosts upped it after the break with Duncan Culley converting on 74.
