POTTERS Bar Town kept up the pressure on the league leaders thanks to a narrow victory at home.
With both teams currently in the play-off spots, this match was all set up to be a tense encounter and so it proved with Ben Ward- Cochrane’s goal all that separated the two sides.
The Loughborough University student found the net with 13 minutes of the half remaining.
Dereham, looking to hold onto the final play-off spot, could not find the breakthrough despite the introduction of Harry Exley and Tinashe Katsande late on.
