HAYES and Yeading produced a clinical performance to defeat a poor Fleet side at a wet Calthorpe Park, with Duncan Culley helping himself to a hat-trick.
Hayes scored from the penalty spot inside the first minute of the game, with Culley claiming the first of his treble from 12 yards.
