BASFORD United were celebrating as they earned the point needed to secure promotion in an absorbing contest between the league’s top two.
They were forced to dig deep but they produced a professional and gritty performance as they delivered when it mattered most.
They owed a debt of gratitude to keeper Saul Deeney who made a string of saves as the visitors finished the game the stronger.
