EASTERN’S PROMISE WILL FINISH HAVERHILL

HAVERHILL Borough are to be booted out of the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Premier Division regardless of where they finish this season. The club have played at Haverhill’s The New Croft sports ground since they were founded in 2011.
At the time, the ground’s single pitch was shared with rivals Haverhill Rovers. But two years ago, Borough moved to a new 3G pitch which was laid at the ground, owned by Haverhill Community Sports Association, while Rovers stayed on the grass pitch.
