THATCHAM Town were unable to replicate their FA Vase success of 90 days ago following defeat to Yate Town.
The threat of the visitors was plain to see around the 25 minute mark, as wasteful play by Thatcham in the attacking third, with men committed, saw Yate intercept and break at pace, before an optimistic drive from distance had Chris Rackley acrobatically leaping to stop the ball from finding the top corner.
