MORPETHsuffered just a second league defeat of the season as Loughborough Dynamo reignited the promotion race with a 2-1 victory.
First-half goals from Josh Riley and Luke Thorogood made the difference, with Dynamo taking the lead when a blocked effort allowed Riley to tap home from close range.
Thorogood then volleyed home from the edge of the area just before the break, leaving Morpeth with a lot to do after half-time.
The Highwaymen set about their task dutifully with Sean Taylor escaping and firing into the roof of the net, but that proved to be as good ...
