BRIGHOUSE Town secured another vital three points in their promotion chase after seeing off AFC Mansfield in gale force wind and driving rain.
Two goals in the first half through leading goal scorer Aaron Martin, his 16th and 17th of the season, and Tom Haigh saw the home side going in at the break 2-0.
Mansfield battled hard against the wind and on two occasions they came close through Joe Iaciofano and Oliver Fearon.
In the second half the Bulls with the wind at their backs gave Town a lot more to think about and they did have their chances...
