THE NEW SAINTS are back on top of the JD Cymru Premier – for the time being – after coming from behind to record a thumping 6-2 win at Carmarthen Town.
The Old Gold shot out of the blocks and were quickly two up against the champions thanks to Luke Bowen and a Jon Routledge own goal, but replies from Aeron Edwards and Greg Draper pulled TNS back level by the break.
Draper added his second just after the re-start to turn the match on its head, with Edwards also netting again while a second half brace from Kurtis Byrne completed a resounding victory.
