PAULTON threw away a two-goal lead with five minutes left after missing two penalties.
The first penalty after 38 minutes saw Dan Cottle brought down but Hailston’s spot-kick was blasted way over the bar.
Rovers went ahead after 42 minutes when a corner by Ben Withey was headed home by centre half Craig Allan.
The second penalty came after 53 minutes when Cottle was brought down but Lee Ibrahim hit the bar.
Paulton look to have sealed the points as they added a second through Cottle in the 85th minute.
