HAYWARDS Heath finally recorded their first victory of the season with an emphatic triumph over high-flying Hythe Town.
The hosts forged in front on the half-hour mark. when great work down the right from Jordan Clarke saw his cross scrambled in by Kieran Rowe.
Hythe levelled five minutes later as an unmarked Dean Beckwith headed in a free kick.
But, on the stroke of half-time, Michael Hill cooly picked his spot to restore the home side’s lead.
