HAMWORTHY’ S valiant second-half comeback earned them a creditable draw after the visitors had somehow ended a first half of few chances two goals to the good.
Melksham took an 11th-minute lead when a corner was cleared only as far as Daniel McBean whose first-time strike from 30 yards left the keeper motionless as it whistled into the left corner of the net.
