NESTLED within the beautiful Dorset market town famed for its Minster Church, Wimborne Town FC is steadily making its mark.
Former Torquay and Stevenage striker Tim Sills left noisy neighbours Hamworthy United to take over the reins last October 2022, but just missed out on promotion in his first year after suffering defeat in the Southern Division One South play-off semi-final.
Sills led a strong recruitment drive this summer to match his vision for the Magpies – and the transformation is already clear.
