A GAME of few chances saw Sheffield jump out of the relegation places by a point – even if only temporarily – with Friday night’s win at Brighouse.
Myron Gibbons cut in from the left and shot just over for the hosts after 23 minutes, while Sheffield glanced a header just wide as half time approached.
Although it was a half played at a frantic pace there was little goalmouth action from either side.
Brighouse’s Jamie Hassal was forced into save after 53 minutes before the hosts had a shot saved comfortably just after.
