■ VICTORY over Ashford United made it backto-back wins for the first time this season for Phoenix Sports – and Ryan Hayes was again the star of the show.
Hayes’ right-footed cross was headed home by Andy Pugh to give Phoenix a first-half lead and the two repeated the act early in the second half to increase the home advantage.
