NORTH Leigh lost precious ground in their chase of top-of-the-table Bedford with this heavy defeat by fellow promotion hopefuls Biggleswade.
The first half was one to forget for the Millers as Biggleswade ended a quiet opening spell with Luke Andrews blasting home a close-range set-piece strike after 18 minutes.
