■ YATE Town kept only their second clean sheet of the season in what proved to be an entertaining game. Both sides had chances to win it, especially the hosts who came up against Bashley goalkeeper Ross Casey in fine form.
Yate defender Lewis Hall’s fine tackle prevented Jamie Arnold putting the visitors in front and Brett Williams fired wide from a good position, while Callum Hutton and Milo Murgatroyd went close for the hosts.
