■ THREE freakish goals gifted Phoenix Sports all three points.
The first half was goalless, as indeed it finished between the two sides in the opening league game of the season. A mistake by Chi No1 Kieran Magee gave the visitors the lead when Cameron Brodie’s effort squirmed under him after 65 minutes. Isaac Bello made it all square eight minutes later with his third strike in three games, but after Emmett Dunn and Jimmy Wild misshit, Phoenix broke and went 2-1 up as Kieran King’s shot took a big deflection and looped in.
