■ IMPROVING Grimsby Borough had to be patient before completing a double over out-of-sorts North Ferriby, who have now lost five in six games.
It is a stark contrast to Dan Barrett’s men, who were in the bottom two at Christmas, but now outside the top 10 only on goal difference.
