■ LEIGHTON moved into the top ten with a gritty win at Hertford.
The game burst into life with the visitors taking the lead when Albie Hall converted from close range. The Blues responded well and soon equalised when Brian Garzon fired home after being played in by Billy Mardell-Smith.
Garzon and Ryan Bernal then nearly put the hosts ahead, but it was Leighton who went into the break ahead after Hall got his second from the spot after Harry Williams was brought down by keeper Luke Mewitt.
