■ JOE Parker’s 55th- strike was minute enough to seal all three points for the visitors.
Sutton desperately needed to get on the winning road again. A decent run over the Christmas period saw them climb the table but they’ve not secured a win since. The first half ended with both teams deadlocked at the end of a dreary period of play.
Lye took the lead when Parker received the ball on the penalty spot and was presented with an open goal.
