KIERAN Brown’s stunning equaliser was enough to rescue a well-deserved point against high-flying Prescot.
The visitors broke the deadlock early on in the second half after John Murphy slammed home a wonderful volley on the edge of the box.
Captain Lewis Burgin picked out a wonderful run from Brown as he took the ball down perfectly and applied a sumptuous lob to square things up.
Andrew Biggin pointed to the spot after Joe Wooley made a great run in behind the Prescot backline and was clattered by Alex McNally.
