THE second-half curse continued for Ashford Town as visitors Thatcham Town bagged all three points with a 77th-minute winner from Sam Tanner.
After a very uneventful opening three quarters of the game things finally got going in the closing stages.
Prior to this the only real chance of note fell to Ashford late in the first half when a golden chance was put just wide.
