CIRENCESTER kept up their play-off hopes with a win at Kempston Rovers, who remain just two points above the drop zone.
The Centurions won the game with two goals just before half-time.
After 38 minutes, Nick Peare’s crossfield pass was controlled by Harry Burns, who set up Reegan Messenger to score. Peare scored the second by heading home from a Joe Turley corner.
Kempston dominated the second half, but couldn’t turn their pressure into goals.
