A DEPLETED Hythe Town lost their eighth game in a row, going down against Phoenix Sports.
The visitors broke the deadlock after 13 minutes, as a loose ball in the penalty area was tucked past former Phoenix stopper Steve Phillips and into the net by Ryan Hayes.
The rest of the match was rather even, with both sides struggling to turn defence into attack, despite the last 10 minutes being played almost in Phoenix’s half.
