■ CHAMPIONS Leek and Clitheroe played out a meaningless end of season game with the visitors running out deserved winners. All the goals came in the first half with Clitheroe taking a fourth minute lead when Jack Massey stole in at the far post.
Veron Parney doubled the lead after 11 minutes, hitting in the rebound after his initial effort had been blocked.
Leek’s all-time leading goalscorer Tim Grice reduced the deficit, rolling the ball home in the 20th minute, meanwhile.
